Woman owned Women focused
Jamie Moe, LPCC
I take pride in providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to feel comfortable opening up. Of course I utilize evidence-based practices (some of my favorites are acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy) but I believe the most important part of the therapeutic process is a connection with your therapist. I am a real person going through life just like you, maybe even having some of the same experiences and I won’t pretend otherwise.
Throughout my years of practice, I have worked with people of all genders, ages, life situations, etc but I am currently focusing on the unique needs of women. I want to provide a space where women feel seen, supported and empowered. Whether you’re in your 20’s navigating the college experience, a new mama feeling overwhelmed, wanting to be a parent and unable to for whatever reason, struggling with relationships, questioning your career, starting over after divorce, going through menopause and wondering what the heck is happening with your hormones or anything in between, you are welcome to unpack it here.
