I take pride in providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to feel comfortable opening up. Of course, I utilize evidence-based practices (some of my favorites are acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy) but I believe the most important part of the therapeutic process is a connection with your therapist. I am a real person going through life just like you, maybe even having some of the same experiences and I won’t pretend otherwise.
